Hi all. My name is Matt.I have recently gone from 200 some pounds to 162 pounds and now my goal is to gain muscle. I know I need to eat a surplus of calories but not sure how much. As I said, I am 162 pounds, 5'10 and lift about 3 to 4 times a week. Can someone knowlegable of this subject please help me out. Thanks!
