b4 & after pix am i the only 1 to scared take em?

I took before pics the day I said that's it i'm serious about this its time to change.
they are in my bra and undies and quite honestly I find them very disturbing and depressing to look at..
I know I'm big but seeing it like that made me want to scream/cry and run away lol
anywho.. i've now lost 15.8 kilos/around 35 lbs
and I'm thinking.. well this is a quarter of the way to my current goal weight maybe i should take some pics and see if I can tell a difference (because I don't see a difference in the mirror at all)
but I'm terrified to do it.. I don't want to take the pic and see nothing still as i know i will get depressed and possibly give up because this last few months has been hard work saying no to my fav foods and working my *kitten* off in the gym etc....
am I the only one!?

    you are NOT the only one... i am the same way. I started doing the 30 ds and everyone even my hubby said to take pics to see the difference,i just couldn't bring myself to do it. I am disappointed in myself for putting on15 lbs in less then a year and don't like the way i look, so i couldn't do it. I am working hard trying to lose even just 10 of the 15 but i can't get over the 4lb loss mark..... it's been over 2 month already.
  • you are not the only one... i took the before pics & i dont even want my bf to see them even tho he has seen me a lot more nekkid than the pics.

    lol im the same lizabelle mine are very well hidden away in a folder in a folder in another folder lol
    every one i know says they see the difference but im terrified to take pics
    what if i still cant see it

    I took pics when I started and every 11th of the month I take another set, same clothes, same place in the house. Im getting ready to take my third set this Thursday. I think it is so important to track our accomplishments in other ways then just on the scale. I also took my measurements on January 1 st and will retake them all every first of the month.

    You should DEFINITELY take pics. 35lbs you should be able to see, that's a great accomplishment!!! It would probably help motivate you ti reach your howl weight!!!

    Even if they are for your eyes only.......DO IT!!!! You will regret not doing it.
