This is something I've been wondering for a long while -
Is there such thing as a "free food" - something you can eat a whole lot of and not worry about calories, fat or sugar intake, that doesn't taste like, cardboard (ie rice cakes)?

Check out Miracle noodles. Unfortunately, they have to be mixed with something to add flavor, and that something will have calories.

Iceberg lettuces turn into water. Any green vegie from my understanding is free... Watch your fruits because of sugar.0

Pickles are high in sodium so you'll have water retention. Leafy vegetables, crystal light-type water enhancers are low calorie, tea without cream or sugar, low sodium chicken broth, all those things are low in calories.
Food is energy, so it will have calories.0
