Ok I had a C-section my last one was about 6 years ago and I was wondering if there is any other ladies out there that lost "the belly" from exercise and cardio and is now slim. I have lost some belly but just need a little bit of hope I guess or some tips.

Thanks

If you lose weight, it will come off your tummy eventually.

In my case, my tummy and, to a lesser extent, my thighs have been the last to go. But they are finally going.

I had 3 c-sections...If you look at my pictures, the one with the white tank top on was taken when my son, (he's the oldest) was only 1 year old. I kept the weight off (and was strong, fit) for quite a while...And then my second child came (5 years later); between her being born with severe disabilities , getting pregnant right away the third time, having my husband check out on us to get a "real life" and to lose my mom to cancer within a year, well, first I got depressed and sickly thin, then stressed out, and nice and roundy in the middle.
Now I have a new WII Active, and my tummy is getting back to shape. Yes, it doable. For me it never was the operation- it was the bowls of ice cream I was pushing down my throat, hoping for a better day.

You can do it, even if it's hard, hard, hard...:flowerforyou:

I've had 3 C-sections, and no matter how much weight I loss, I could never lose the little numb pudgy area near my lower abdomen . I was a size 2, weighing 128lbs and still had that pudge:sad: . If any has any tips, please Help!

I've had 2 C-sections and I have lost some of the tummy, but I'm worried that my tata's will be gone long before my tummy. I had my last one 3yrs ago and I was 39yrs old at the time, I hope that I have a chance too. I reallly would like to look like I did when I had my first at 28yrs old and was thin 2 months after delivery....

    ( Oh to be young again..:ohwell: )
