Supreme Protein is the best lower carb bar I've found and the best tasting too. Seriously, it's like a candy bar. Though they're a bit pricier than average.

I like this one. Avoid one with nuts because it will be very high in calories and fat.
  • I am not a god breakfast eater and when I can't or don't want to eat , I have found something I can tolerate.

Atkins Day Break Creamy Cocolate Shake.
    140 Calories
    Fat 9 g
    Net Carbs 3g
    Fiber 7g
    Sugar 0g
    Protein 10g
    Potassium840mg
    Sodium 300g

This actually tastes good and keeps me from getting hungry.. Also It does not raise my sugar ( I am diabetic) Make sure you get the Day Break Atkins has other shakes called Advantage ..
