    Wow your progress is really motivating and you look like a new, still beautiful (not in a creepy way), person.
    I'm the same height and around your same starting weight so seeing your progress was REALLY helpful.
    Do you have any tips/suggestions?
    I have trouble staying focused after I loose 10 - 20 pounds.

    My work place did a similar contest and I won 2nd place of $50. First place won $300. [I was going through menopause, hadn't had a period in over 4 months, but gained 5 pounds and started a period 1 day before weigh in. I lost by 3 pounds, :-(] ] I was so disappointed I gained all of the weight back. Then, I found this site. I love this.

    check out that buff lady!!! you look great girl! what i loved most about your story is how even after the work challenge was over, you kept going, and took it to a whole new level. i love to see stories of people who learn it's not just about the weight, but improving our fitness and getting stronger too. you look good, i'm sure you feel good, and i bet you kick some serious butt on the track!
