Hi I'm shep in the UK. My profile is on and I wouldn't mind chatting occaisionally to some people in a similar situation as me, just to keep me motivated. a little competition/peer pressure might do me good as long as it doesn't shatter my sometimes fragile confidence. Outwardly people wouldn't know I felt like this but inwardly I feel rubbish at times. Need some help and support I guess.
