Since I am up and around early this morning, preparing to babysit for my darling grandsons, thought I would start the thread. Hope that's okay.
Anyway, unless I don't remember correctly, today is our last day. I signed up for 9 lbs. and 30 days of exercise. Got on the scales this morning, and I am down 10 pounds! Woo Hoo! And - I have exercised 32 days!

Anyway, are we going to start a new challenge? I find that this helps keep me motivated, so I hope so. Everyone - have a great Friday, and even if you didn't meet your goals, hang in there! WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!! Mary

I haven't posted much on this thread this time around cause of a very very busy work schedule. But I signed up for 6 pounds and today have lost 9 pounds ans was a few days over the exercise goal. I too hope they start a new thread. I will be able to stay more committed to posting. And it is mini goals that help me stay on track. Have a good day!

    Good morning ladies! :flowerforyou:

Great job on not only reaching, but surpassing your goals!!! :drinker: That is awesome!!!

My goal was not a weight, but body fat %, which I am not quite down to...but, my weights (training sessions) keep increasing so I know I'm building more lean muscle and my running is continually getting better so I know fat burning is happening as well and I'm satisfied with that!!!

I hope everyone has enjoyed this challenge and I have nothing against doing a summer one.

Blessings to each of you for the progress you've made, continued success and a happy, healthy and safe holiday weekend!!!

    :flowerforyou:

I will not weigh myself until the middle of next week when dear aunt flo has left the building. I feel great and I am happy iwth the way my body feels. I have not eaten any greasy fast food for lunch all week, wich is a big challange for me.

Congrats to all of you who reached your goals.:flowerforyou:
What will the name of our next challange be anyone have any ideas? I think our goal date should be around the 4th of July I just don't have any ideas for the name.

GOOD JOB everyone!!! I don't post often, but I've kept this challenge with me the whole time. I lost count of exercise days, but I exercise around 4 times a week. I signed up to lose 10 lbs during this challenge and as of this morning I've lost 12!!!

sorry i been mia, made me a new account (one R less in my name now), just popping in to flaunt my (skinnier) butt since i surpassed my goal by far - weigh-in for May 22nd was 204.4 lbs and my goal was 210 lbs, starting weight was 226 i think, so that's 20+ lost towards the challenge... i went through a lot of stress and cr@p lately, so i'm afraid not all weight was lost the healthiest way possible but i have no intention to gain it back, so i'll take it anyway :drinker:

I'd love to join your new challenge! I would like to lose 10 pounds by July whatever date you guys pick! I'm only 20 pounds away from my goal so this will REALLY help motivate me, I hope.

    As for a name, hhhmmmm.

I didn't do good this past weekend. No one to blame but me. We were at the lake all weekend with a group of friends stuck inside with all kinds of food during pouring rain. I have gained 2-3 pounds. I will have to work hard to get it off this week. It won't set me back. I don't remember what my starting weight or goal was at the start of the challenge but I still feel like other than this past weekend I have done great so I am still proud of me.
