help- info on 30 day shred??

I have been hearing alot about the 30 day shred and I am thinking about trying it, but i don't know much about it. I use to be an athlete but i am out of shape now and I worry I wont be able to complete the dvd's, do you need to be in good condition before you start this program? and also, has any one completed the 30 day shred? if so can you share how much weight you lost and/or how many inches? i would appreciate any feedback!! thank you :smile:

  • The first time i did the 30 day shred i hadn't exercised in a couple of years and was really out of shape. The dvd has easier modifications for some of the exercises so you shouldn't have trouble keeping up. It is hard work, but it is a short workout so you can push through it. The first few days I was very sore, but that was gone by day 5. I found that my strength and stamina increased very quickly. I'm sure you'll manage just fine!
