I am feeling low once again, I was talking to this great guy and everything was perfect. I thought. We were going to go out Friday night and I decided to send him a picture of me with my hair cut, which I hate by the way. He has quit talking to me. :( I honestly and will always contribute it to my weight. I want to cry :"( I hate the way I look and feel.

I want to lose 35 pounds by my birthday and if I put my mind to it I can. But for some reason I can't seem to wrap my mind around doing it. I have done it like 7 years ago and that was the last time I was able to be successful in losing weight. The only problem I would not eat for 3 days eat for one and then I would walk like crazy and do a little of weight lifting. UGH!

I know I can do it I just can't seem to get motivated!

Sorry to hear about the guy, not sure how long he has gone quiet but maybe he will still respond. From your profilke picture you are an attractive girl.
Everyones body is different, however IMO starving yourself for a couple of days and then eatting will most likely cause you to gain additional weight because your body will store the calories for the next time it is deprived of food.
You can do it but is 35 lbs in two months a goal that is acheievable, people of lower weight will loss at a lower rate, so someone at 400lbs loseing 10 pounds a week is reasonable whereas someone 170lbs loseing 10lbs a week is not really reasonable.
However keep your intake closely monitored and get some additional exercise.

Well as of this morning I was weighing in at 235, I would like to reach 200 by my birthday which is at the end of March! I have 75 to 77 days to get it done. I am not sure if it is reasonable but I know that I am going to try to achive it with good and healthy eatting, and excersise. I also know alot of prayer will be going along with that. :)

The guy wasn't worth your time if he didn't like after a bad haircut, you will get toned and sexy and show by going out with some gorgeous man.

but for motivation, why not post pictures that you find your self unattractive in (such as one showing some chubbyness or whatever reason you have for working out) where you will see them a few times a day. If you are a snacker, in the pantry door, or if you have some exercise dvds to do; beside the tv.

He obviously isn't a great guy if he based his opinion on your looks. Going off of your pictures, you are a very pretty girl. If he doesn't like you for your personality, then he isn't a great guy. You are by no means ugly, so it starts by eliminating that from your mind. If it has been several days since he has spoken with you, let him go. He is not worth your time and worry over him.

Use how you feel as your motivation. Whenever you want to quit and give up, think about how you feel. When you are able to eat unhealthy, think to yourself....is this worth it? Not eating for 3 days is a BAD IDEA. You are not helping yourself by doing that, as starving yourself isn't the answer. You want to keep your calorie count within your recommended range, and you can accomplish that by eating small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Try to work out at least 30 minutes a day. If you're not in a gym, try purchasing some small weights and workout DVDs. I bought a Biggest Loser DVD to workout to when I am at home, and I pour sweat after each time I use it. You can do this and we are here for you! I understand how you feel. My mind wanted to lose weight, but my body wasn't up for it. It just takes you getting up, and just doing it. Lol. Force your body to workout, and it will gradually catch on to the vision your mind has.

Do this for YOURSELF...not for a guy that ignores you. He isn't worth it, but YOU are worth it!
