I have no idea what's wrong with that diet...

So, I am drinking enough. (usually water I threw a couple of slices of lemon in or green tea). Yet, whenever I drink a glass full of water, I am full, but still thirsty. Like nothing can really quench my thirst, but I cannot drink anymore BECAUSE it's so filling.

I am still getting the hang of balancing my diet, but lately, I can eat whatever, but it's not really satisfying. My stomach still rumbles and I have no clue why -.-

Also, I am assuming I am getting enough excercise. I have to walk everywhere, so that I burn usually around 300-500 calories depending on the day of the week and how many classes I have.

I work a desk job and am a full time student at the university.

So...what could I improve to not be thirsty anymore and not have a rumbly stomach?

Try sipping water throughout the day. It sounds like you may have an issue with your body maintaining constant fluid supplies.

Diet may have a lot of sodium?

You may have an issue with absorption... who knows...

Try sugar free or low sugar candies or whatever occasionally too not feel thirsty if you are drinking enough water.

If you are drinking enough water throughout the day and still feel thirsty you may have a deficiency and I would suggest a visit to the doctor
