i need help today!

I need a bit of motivation... I can feel the kitchen calling me and I'm snacking too much!! I think it's because I've been really successful losing weight the past week and have to make sure I don't think that means I can slack now!

I already quit halfway through my power 90 workout this morning! :S

    Can you leave the house for a while until you feel stronger not to go to the kitchen and nibble between meals? Or, if you cannot leave, turn your radio up loud and DANCE! that sounds fun :smile: and great exercise! Post a statement on your frig that you will see everyday, a "mantra" that keeps you positive and "on goal"! Good luck!
