If you could change one thing at work what would it be? and not just more money! Mine would be for people to realize we are a team and we can do this together!

    I would change my decision to move departments. I promoted the 1st of December and the new position is NOT what I expected it to be. Not to mention the fact that my new boss is a space cadet and has no structure at all. I'd go back to my old department in a heartbeat. I don't like being asked if I have a report, that I was never asked to complete, ready to send out or being thrown under the bus by someone for something that was their responsibility.

    Since I am a teacher, our summer breaks are not the same here at the facility than it is with public schools. I would like to spend more free time with my kids when they are on break than I do now.

    Well there is always something to grumble about...but I keep in mind that I help make life saving anti-cancer drugs...helps me keep my minor work troubles in perspective somehow.

    Mine would be for people to wake up and realize what the real world is like today. People here have been here for a long time - some 36 years and they think they are treated terrible. They haven't a clue how good they have it and there isn't anything anyone can tell them to make them realize.

    What would I change? I would reverse the removal of ring-fenced money for the support of people with a learning disability – it is causing charities like mind to have real financial issues.
