How much is enough?

Is an individual supposed to NET at least 1200 calories a day (before all of the negative effects come) or just CONSUME 1200 calories a day?

I know that each individual will be different, just didn't know if it was the net intake that needed to be at a certain amount or just what's consumed.

    Any one know?
  • after you have subtracted your exercise calories you can be at 1200 cals. so if you are burning 500 cals then you need eat 1700 cals.
