I love Clean Eating Magazine. I have tons of cook books so it's hard to rattle off all of the names. 2 I got recently that I like is Taste of Home Comfort Food Diet Cookbook and Cook's Illustrated Cookbook: 2000 Recipes from 20 Years. Good websites/blogs are:
eatbetteramerica.com
sparkrecipes.com

ohsheglows.com has vegan recipes. Her green monster and vegan oats are really good. I haven't tried nay other recipes, but I'm sure I will at some point. Her meatless burger recipes looks TDF.0

Cooking Light - The Complete Cookbook (and the magazine)
Clean Eating magazine
Food Network magazine (this month's issue is THE LIGHT ISSUE! Perfect!)
For more "high-end" fancy recipes I occasionally dip into Gordon Ramsay or Anne Burrell's cookbooks. I'm a cookbook junkie, I have tons of them. And Food Network magazine archives back to early 2009.0
