    I'm finding the 1,200 surprisingly easy now, I feel the need to say no to whatever treats people offer me! Just snacking on fruits! :)

    Hang in there.... Positive actions bring foth positive results. I have a bad day every now and then ...but don't give up. Keep your eyes toward you goal. You can do it
  • Afternoon Everyone. I have been using My fittness Pal for 1 1/2 weeks & have lost 5lbs. Just record the food you eat & any exercise that you do & keep your calorie count in the green.
