I have been working out real good these last couple of weeks! I meAn hittin it hard legendary style! So you know this big brown man cant go without rewarding himself for such unhumanly workouts!
Today......I just swallowed 3 TURTLES!............I mean the chocolate ones!!yummmmmmmmmmmm

Rewarding myself with food doesn't work for me...it just makes me fall off the wagon. So I go for non-edible rewards....new purse, gun, brazillian wax...you know, the usual.0

Honestly, I'm really bad at this. I'm a calorie nazi myself so I log everything - even on bad days. So when I treat myself and log it, ack. My psyche can't handle it in black and white and I then adjust my entire day around it - either by uneating (exercising) or lowering the rest of the day's intake (which i realize by eating a big mac on only eating lettuce for the rest of the day, this isn't smart nor healthy - but if at least i can control the # of calories, it'll have to make due). I never ever treat myself at the end of the day, when i can't do anything about it.0

I usually reward myself with non-edible treats as well, but I recently bought Edys Fruit bars as my reward...it taste good, gives me that sweet-tooth fix i usually need, and isn't enough calories to make me feel like I've counteracted everything I did all week. I already take the weekend off, just because of my work schedule--I monitor what I eat, but I go over my calories a little (never more than 2000 though).0

for me it is either pizza or oh henry bars, they're crunchy and chocolatey, best combination for me lol0
