Cheat Day?

Options
So does cheat day not mean set my alarm for 12:01am and head to iHop for CinnaStack pancakes? Then hit all my favorite restaurants and junk food until 11:59pm?

I need some clarification...

No 12 hours is enough to do the trick, wake-up to evening more than sufficient.

I don't cheat for a whole day. On Sunday mornings
we cook breakfast, sit down and eat as a family.

Today I had 2 poached eggs, an english muffin, and
4 slices of bacon. That's my cheat for the week. I still
have 1289 calories left, 212 carbs, 938 sodium, and
33 fat (g) in goals I could meet.

I'll eat decent tonight, and still come in under my goals.

With the exception of cholesterol, breakfast killed that.
