New and want more fitness pals

Well I'm here to lose weight, like most. I have tried many but haven't succeeded. I tried the WeightWatchers and I liked it. I still practice it so I don't log the foods on sites but in a book. I want to log my exercise here. I found that I can be competitive, not hard core, but more like if others are losing and I'm more motivated to lose too. I have a friend that is very supportive but sometimes I feel bad because she works so many hours that she can not workout like I can. We basically have different motivation.

  • Hi, I am Paula and I use the myfitnesspal app. I have found this really useful as it has made me really calorie aware. I am doing this alone and it would be great to have others to talk with, encourage and be encouraged.
