BED help with calories

I am fairly new to this site but I have been watching my weight and what I eat since August. I have a binge eating disorder, which I have been learning to control- not to say I don't go a little crazy every so often.
What I have been doing is trying to eat only when my body tells me I am hungry or lacking energy, and to eat slowly. When I am done I leave the kitchen (when I'm at home obviously). It has been recommended that I consume 1200 calories a day through MFP, but as I have been logging what I am eating I have noticed that I am typically in the 700 range. Is this unhealthy? The other day I tried to fill in the rest of my calories and ended up eating to the point where I knew I was binging. I felt gross afterwards and exceeded my suggested calorie intake, might I add this was at night time.

I don't have BED, but I am on a 1200 calorie plan. Stick to high protien, high fiber foods, and you will feel full, and fulfill your calorie intake. maybe if you friend me and can see my diary and what I eat, it might give you some ideas on different things to eat. 700 calories isn't enough to sustain your regular activities in a day. Please let your friends here help you!!!0

I eat very well! I should add that I am a pescetarian (I eat fish but no meat) and I eat tons of fruits and veggies. I just don't like the idea of forcing myself to eat more, seeing as I have a problem with moderation.0

If you only eat 700 calories consistently, you'll end up with too few calories to sustain yourself and your body will not lose weight effectively. I know it's hard, but there really is a minimum that you need. Feel free to add me as a friend for encouragement!0

Honestly, you probably need to get some help with this. This sounds (to my layman ears with no medical training, so take advice with an appropriate grain of salt) like you are straddling an eating disorder. You probably need to see a nutritionist or a doctor, who can look at your situation and help you get to where you need to be.
No offense to anyone around here (all of whom are very helpful, and in many cases extremely knowledgeable), but this sounds like the sort of time where a medical professional that knows your situation can sit down with you face to face and help. There is a limit to what an anonymous stranger that has limited knowledge of you and your situation can really do from afar. We may end up causing more harm than help.0
