I am new to all of this and would love to find anyone that has tips on good recipes for families. I am kind of picky. I like beef, chicken, pork, turkey. NO fish except tuna. Anyone that can help me on my journey!

Hey there! I made a really good turkey loaf, it was very yummy and good for a family
1 lb of ground turkey
2 egg whites
italian bread crumbs (I didn't measure but I would say a cup)
1/2 a shallot (diced)
ketchup (on top)
Just put all of the ingriedients together and put in a loaf pan and cook at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Enjoy, hope this helps a little :bigsmile:0 -
