I eat about half of them, leaving about 100 calories untouched a day (most days) then I dont feel so bad when I splurge on a special occasion. I am loosing steadily right now, but I have a long ways to go. You will make it, just keep working at it!
  • Hi! From my understanding, it is good to go ahead and eat the calories you burned from your exercise. If you eat too few calories, your body might go into "starvation mode" and start conserving, causing you to plateau. This probably all depends on your weight, your goal (1 lb. a week, 1.5 lb. a week...) and how much you are burning working out, but I think its generally true.

I usually eat most of mine because the calorie deficit is already there. Keep in mind it's not just the calories but what you eat. I glanced at your diary and noticed a lot of processed foods, especially high in sodium. Even though I am maintaining now (no longer trying to lose) I still try to log what I eat and my exercise. I've been high the last few days in sodium and it really messes with weight, almost always up a few pounds. If I were you I'd try to eat more fresh fruits and veggies and more lean protein and stay away from so much prepackaged stuff.
