Vi Shape - Nutrional shake

My family has taken the 90 day challenge with this shake. It's protein with low sugar and low carbs (not like slim fast and those type shakes)

Has anyone used it before with success? I'm 3 days into it and I plan to stick it out. I don’t want to get burned out either… any smoothie recipes? (I’ve been using strawberries and bananas so far)

    im using it too. I lost 4lbs last week (now Im also working out 4-5 days per week)

    i put half a banana and 1 tsp cocoa powder and a packet of stevia together. its totally awesome! or another really good one is trop50 with the powder. its great if you're on the run. it tastes like a creamsicle!!!

    another one is the cocoa one but put a teaspoon of peppermint extract in it too. very yummy :)

  • That sounds great! I'm going to try them all =) So far I've been sticking to strawberries/bananas for breakfast but to change it up for lunch I add a fruit Chobani greek yogurt. It thickens the shake and you get the fruit taste PLUS it gives me an extra boost of protein. I'm currently working out 7 days a week and the pounds are literally melting (sweating) away. Thanks for the support!
