Jerome's Oat burgers

Requested by popular demand for clean eating.


3 cups water
¼ cup Bragg Liquid Amino
1 tbsp Beef-like seasoning (vegan substitute)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tbsp. onion powder
½ tsp sea salt
3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
¼ cup dry onion flakes or 1 onion diced
3 cups quick oats
½ cup pecan meal

1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan except oats and nuts, simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat stir in oats and pecan meal. Allow about 15 minutes to cool.
2. Shape into burger size patties and put on a non-stick or coconut sprayed cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes or until browned.
