Can you incorporate exercise into your daily routine? And remember, you don't have to do one half hour session, you can do a bunch of little sessions.0

Well from everything that I have read, sleep is the most important thing.
I incorporate exercise into my everyday routine. I do 20 min straight in the morning......to get the fire burning. I turn on music and dance while I am getting ready. If you read the newspaper (as I used to do) then you have time to exercise.
At work I take the stairs, walk around the bldg on my lunch break, do wall push ups in the bathroom, do 10 squats every time I go into the copy room or pick up a fax.
When I go to the grocery store, I park waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, then take a lap around the stores perimeter before beginning to shop.
You should just SEE me 'curl' 2 gallons of milk!!
Good luck!:flowerforyou:0 -
Thanks! You're both right... I'm a perfectionist, but need to realize that "exercise" doesn't need to be done in perfect 30 minute blocks. Appreciate it! :happy:0
