Do you have anybody that is jealous of your weight loss?

My heart absolutely breaks when my sister does things to hurt me. She has seen my journey, and has never one time commented on my weight loss, except to tell my family that I have anorexria....For Christmas she bought me an XXL sweatpants and matching sweatshirt. She knows I buy men's small sweatpants and women's medium. She said to bring them back to her and she'll exchange them. She lives about 100 miles from me, and I don't get over there very often. I have to put a belt on with the sweatpants, and forget about the sweatshirt. Everytime I see them, I want to cry....because of her message to me. I'll probably just donate them. Should I tell her what I think of this? I don't want any presents if they're going to insult or hurt me. I'm trying so hard to get strength and learn something because of this. She had a gastric bypass a few years ago, and she has put all the weight back on. She is now 100 pounds too heavy. Has anybody hurt you or try to sbotage your weight loss efforts?

    It sounds like your sister is jealous of how well you have done. Truth be known she would love to be where you are at. Her putting down your success is her way of ignoring her failure. I would just say the gift was lovely, but maybe next time you could call and get my sizes.

    Awww! That was just mean of her. I got two sisters so I know what it's like but she was so wrong for doing that. I would say yes, tell her you were offended by it. I think she may be jealous of you. Thats the best complement you can get from jealous people, including family. Throw them clothes out!!
