feeling defeated!

I started my weight lose journey about 8-9 weeks ago I feel better but no big WOW changes and now I haven't exercised in 4 days because I feel like I'm a lost cause and I'm loosing motivation. HELP!!

    i lost fast the 1st 6 weeks and have stayed the same really since but I feel so much better and have lost inches so keep it up!!!!

    Hang in there! It is such a tough journey but when you have your next good workout you will forget about the last couple of days.
