Ive just started a group today for woman who have lost weight in the past and are ready to get this weight off once and for all.

Most of the groups here are huge andnot what I want. What I and a few other MFP friends are looking for is a small group of women looking to hold each other accountable. Weekly weigh-ins, support and encouragement. Somewhere to check in daily!!!

Let me know if you'd like to join.

hey, I would be interested. I was overweight, got in great shape and lost it all for many years, then had my son 5 years ago and it all went downhill from there. I started over a week ago and I am very motivated. I am also looking for friends who really want to do this the RIGHT way, not just to get thin, but to be healthy and eat right to change their lifestyle. Count me in!

My weight has yo-yoed up and down for years. I went from 120 lbs in high school, to 160 lbs in college, to 140 after graduation... and now after three years at a desk job I'm up to nearly 200.

In the words of Sir Mix-a-Lot... baby's got back (and front).

I'm ready to feel normal again.

    Count me in!
