Losing weight w/ 17 Day Diet

Hi ya'll. I'm Jessica - trying to lose about 20 pounds, although I think my stretch goal would be 30 pounds. That would be my pre-baby weight!! I'm the mother of 3, my youngest just turned one.

I've been on South Beach before, which was okay, but I got horrible headaches this last time around and had to stop.

I'm combining my changes in eating with a goal of working out 5 times a week. I've worked out 4 times this week, so I'd say I'm on track.

I also work full-time and help my husband with another business. So anyone who says they don't have time to work out should walk in my pretty running shoes. :)

    hi everyone.. this page is soo cool. anyway, i began the 17 day diet 2 days ago and have dropped 5.1 pounds so far. im very excited, but have been feeling slightly nausaus. was anyone else feeling this way at the beginning of their journey?

    Hi, I'm in my 2nd week of the 17 day diet and after a week I lost 4 lb. Msbj, did you say you lost 5.1lb after 2 days?!
