Hi, so I've been conscious to move most of my carbs into the morning to noon period and usually started the day with a (fairly large) bowl of oatmeal (uncooked, just the raw oats) with skim milk and splenda. The good thing, it keeps me usually full through noon. However, when I finally checked how many calories I was really taking in every morning, I nearly fell of my chair! About 620 calories for the oats and 180 for 2 cubs of skim milk. Geeeeez! Does anybody have any good breakfast recipes that keep you full relatively long but don't get close to 1,000 calories right away. Breakfast is my most difficult nutritional task. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can check my diary if you want. The breakfast I usually eat is about 350 calories total and super filling.
By the way, the spinach is listed as raw but I sauté them down without oil in a nonstick pan before adding them to the eggs. Also I use cholula sauce and keep the yolk on the whole egg soft. Together they make a yummy sauce for the whole thing.0
