new tip to help prevent boredom eating!

so this is just a little thing i do when i'm bored or just have a weird craving to eat not so good food.
i brush my teeth. :happy:
literally it works. the minty freshness gets rid of any weird appetite AND it's promoting dental hygiene!
i'm sure you dentist will support it and it truly does help you get forget about going and grabbing some food.
anyway, this is just something that i do and it helps me and i thought i should share it with all of you guys.
