    so I made the new post, and then i forgot to weigh in this morning. HAHAHAHA!!! sometimes i swear i'm losing it. So I will weigh in tomorrow and add myself. Another good day at the internship and some good news for my "romantic life" shall we say? It's a loooooong story which I will tell I promise if anything becomes of it. :wink:

    Hey all! I was able to only gain .5 LOL. Craziness bc I haven't been moving as much and since I had company I ate worse than I would have alone. Anyway..... I'm glad I survived it all.

    I started eating a little more cleanly today. Not so much processed food. (Although I say that, my menu may show differently, hahaha.)

    Breakfast:
    Coffee with creamer
    Scrambled egg with mushrooms, onion and cheese

    Lunch:
    1/2 pack of Ramen noodles (only used 1/2 the flavoring packet)
    with black beans and corn in it (YUM) and a little mexican hot sauce

    Dinner:
    Spaghetti with garlic butter toast

    Snack:
    Fat free tuna salad on crackers

    TOTAL : 1210 calories

    I expected many more calories than that for the day, but I'm happy. I didn't exercise today, and I don't want to eat more calories since I'd invariably grab something crappy, and I'm not hungry... so I'm stopping. If I get hungry later, I have pretzels bedside to munch on.

    Good morning ladies!! I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! Mine was slam crammed busy!!! I wasnt home but maybe 4 hours total out of four days!!! Totally crazy, but alotta fun! So I will check in more detailed later, gotta get ready for work!

    I am down 0.8lb this week from 172 to 171.2--- I'll totally take it, especially after my weekend lol :laugh:

    nothing new here, just finishing up the last minute things before the move. DH still hasn't found a job. please keep us in your prayers. sometimes it's hard to keep sprits up. food has become a big part of our bordom. DH has now gain allot of weight. he is the highest he has ever been.

    Kristin, Hi !!!! I still don't know how you and hubby are not finding out baby's sex. That would drive me nuts!! LOL

    Cathy, maybe you can challenge yourself to going for a walk every time you want to reach for the snacks? Even once or twice around the house.... although you might look a little nutty jogging around the house many times a day, it's something to help. I feel for you. I'm now on Unemployment: Day 2 and I am okay but given another week or more, I know I will have to keep myself from boredom eating. It's tough. I'm thinking of you guys.

    My day has started well. Got the little one dressed and my mother took her to school for me. (It's on Mom's way to the gym.)

    I got my coffee and my scrambled egg with mushroom, onion and cheese. So yummy.

    I've been studying, taking a break now as I switch gears, moving from logical reasoning (arguments) to analytical reasoning (games). Tough stuff but I'm devouring it. I want to master it. My goal is to score perfect on the LSAT. Can it be done? Hypothetically, why not? :bigsmile:

    How is everyone this fine day? I'm having to force myself to take a rest day today. I was thinking of heading to a weight training class this morning but I've already run 20km this week, done a really challenging hour of weight training, done a dance fusion class and a massive walk (all since Sunday morning) so I do need to practice what I preach and let my body recover a little! I'm so curious to see how this all manifests on the scale. I'm still making my menus and tracking cals but I'm also listening to my body and eating a little more sometimes when I feel hungry.

    Cathy, I hope the final pieces fall into place for you soon!

    Hi everyone - just wanted to check in quickly. I have some cleaning to do today and need to get the kiddos set up with an activity :smile:

    Hi all! I'm having a good day, despite the rain. A little sad, though, because my baby graduates from preschool tomorrow evening. They're going all out: full cap and gown! :happy: But she is so excited to be in Kindergarten next year and to be in the same school as her brother. He'll be in 1st grade next year. (yes, 16 months apart - no, not planned - wouldn't change it for anything! :love: )

    I blew my afternoon calories. I ate an ice cream treat. It was yummy but gone too quickly for 270 calories. I might make it out later to burn the calories off. If not, I'll try to eat light(er) at dinner.

    Breakfast:
    Coffee with creamer
    Scrambled egg with cheese, mushroom and onion

    Lunch:
    Smart Ones Ravioli Florentine
    3 tbsp FF Cool Whip with 5 strawberries

    Afternoon Calorie-wreckin' treat:
    Ice cream cone banana split thing

    Dinner:
    Shrimp, scallops, crab cakes (oooh, might have to check the cals on the crab cakes)
    Asparagus (grilled, I hope)
    Salad and baked potato

    Hey Girls,

    Well feeling much better these days and ofcourse back to work. Just got home did four hours of gardening and three of them was mowing. So as I figured out my calories burned and it comes to 1068 today. Now its off to the pool for the rest of the day. I did something today that I usally don't do. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich for lunch today. I usally have a yogart and some fruit for lunch or cottage cheese in place of the yogart. I can't believe how full I feel right now. And sure was good tasting. So it will be a very lite dinner tonight. Salad I suppose.:grumble: But grumble or not the sandwich was yummy. However I do want to meet my goal of 135 by my birthday in Aug. So far I believe I can do it.:flowerforyou:

    Instead of studying today, I crammed down 2 servings of reduced fat Chips Ahoy cookies (I knew denying myself would lead to a pig-out session, smacks self on hand) and played a fascinating game of Solitare.

    I did go outside and chased my 3.5 year old on her bike as she chased after the big kids so I mustered a small amount of exercise calories.

    Boo on me.

    And btw, I am soooo tired. Too much caffeine kept me up till 3am, then kiddo had sleep disturbances so I was in her with her until 7:45a when we got up. I believe I shall sleep well tonight!

    Off to log my cookies... :grumble:
