Names Heidi, I am from South Africa
I have not been part of a 'board' for years, so I figured that I spend so much time on line, tracking my calorie intake vs my calories burned and so forth, downloading healthy recipies, that kind of thing, that I might as well join.

I am 31yr
Current weight: 60kg (132lbs)
Goal weight: 52kg (114lbs)
Exercise: 6 x per week
Eat: Healthy

Not sure what else to say....
Here's hoping to achieve my goal.

  • I have a three day fast set out for every 13th, 14th & 15th of every month. Just did my first.
    It went ok. Although did not finish it completely. Man Love came home with Chinese (on the last day), even though he knew I was fasting (which leads me to believe he did it on purpose). But the fast went ok.

    Since my last post I have lost 2.2 lbs YAY!!!!!
