Starting my Journey

A bit about me, I am going on to the evil 30 :( and well i don't also want to reach the dreaded 110kg at the same time.

So have started my journey today which can only go forward, no more looking back, no more excuses, and no more "there is always tomorrow" because frankly there may not be a tomorrow if I don't start looking after myself. I have 2 gorgeous nephews and a beautiful niece/god daughter that i want to see grow up and be the cool Aunt to that lets them get away with everything and have a cover story for them when they need it lol and maybe one day my own child.

Please feel free to add me as a friend to help share with your journey forward also.

Forget about yesterday and concentrate on creating your perfect today and allowing yourself to see tomorrow.

    I'v been around MFP for a while but just started reading community posts today, I'v also written an "Introduce myself" post so i feel just like you.
