    You look BEAUTIFAL absolutely stunning. AMAZING. I am around the same starting weight 270. And I wish to get down to 170, even though they say I should be 140. Can you share what has helped you in your beginning of this journey? ANy help, insight, suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated.

    I know how much commitment and will power you've had to use so you can get down to your target weight, so my hearty congratulations to you.

    As anyone who has a bad relationship with food knows the war is probably never won but the individual battles that we do win take us further down the road to long term success.

    My own issues with food have been going on for close on fifty years. Fortunately I've never been 'excessively' overweight but my weight reached 217 pounds. That was on 21 October 2011. Apart from a blip at Christmas (which I did expect) I've managed to get myself down, as of this morning, to 182 pounds. My ultimate target is to get down to around 162 pounds, so I've got 20 pounds to go.

    Your story of losing so much weight, and how you look now, is an inspiration to all who seek to get themselves in better shape and to look and feel better. Well done doesn't seem to be a very fair comment to someone who has made such a massive lifestyle change, but 'well done' is the minimum I can say.
