Did not do good on my calories yesterday but I did get a workout in. That Biggest loser cardio max will kick your butt. I did the 10 minute session with Jillian and I was dying by the end.
I put on my size 12's (that have been a little snug but I could still wear them ) today and they went on easier than they did last week so I am glad for that.:drinker:

I will not weigh in until Monday to make sure TOM is completely gone.

I hope yall have a great week and I can;t wait to start the new challange.

    Good Morning! I thought our challenge ended - I am so glad to see you this morning!

    My weight is going in the right direction. I've finished week 4 on Couch to 5k but it was tough so I am going to repeat it at least one more workout. Two of them I did outside - it's much harder on ground than on the treadmill with no hills.

    Had to buy size 14 in shorts - I started at a 22 - I am extremely happy with my progress...

    The challange did end but I am keeping the thread going until we can come up with a new name and start the new challange on Monday 6/1 and go until 7/3.

    I had to start week one of the C25K over because I missed too many days between the 2nd and 3rd workout so I started it over this week

    I stayed under my calories yesterday but didn't exersice. I had no energy what so ever. I layed on the couch at 7:30 last night and slept until my hubby woke me up to go to bed. I will do better today. I already feel better.
