So I was wondering if it is ok to eat lara bars everyday? Obviously, I wont gain weight in I dont go over my calories, but I usually eat a fiber plus bar everyday, so which one do you think is healthier? And is the sugar from lara bars good sugar, like as in natural sugar?
Thanks!:)
Thanks!:)

I would think Lara bars would be a healthier option as they are all natural.1

That's how I am with clif bars, especially at work. If it fits in your calories I say go for it.1

not to hijack this thread but im curious as too what bar people find is the best. i was eating mojo bars until i ran out and haven't gotten to the store to buy more. i would use them as a breakfast bar. i wanted something good for me, delicious, high in protein.
the best bars ive found is mojo for that. i almost bought lara bars but at the last min bought mojo and haven't looked back. but i dont know if they are the best.
sorry to not have anything to add about lara bars just telling you what bar i use and how i use it.0 -
If you are within your calorie allotment and it makes you feel ok, its fine. It doesn't matter which sugar you eat, your body turns it all into glucose. I can't do concentrated carbs since I have hypogycemia.0

Larabars rock. At 200-250 a bar and completely organic, vegan, and gluten-free (not to mention non-GMO), they are the perfect snack. You can even make them yourself! They're not hard at all. There are recipes all over the web. My favorite is the peanut butter and jelly--I thought it would be gross, but it's the perfect balance. I'd say go ahead an eat them for a low calorie snack!1

Actually, Larabars are a great bar. Like I said in my post above (or below?), they are vegan, organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free, and when you read the ingredients, all you see are REAL ingredients like cherries and apples. They're only 200-250 cal a pop, so they're a great pick-me-up snack. I always carry them with me. I don't like other bars because a lot of them have suspect ingredients and/or have too much of something like protein. Be Kind bars are also good. They're similar to Larabars in specs but look "natural"--they are mostly nut-based. Good luck!
This was in response to the post about which bars are good--sorry1 -
I usually factor in a Larabar somewhere in my calories. It satisfies my sweet tooth and I don't feel guilty about it. Also, its Gluten-free, a necessity for me.0

I include Mariani Honeybars in my count a few days a week. They taste great and are also all natural, gluten free, etc. My favorite one is probably the cranberry.0
