Hi everyone,

So my friend has told me about this site and it looks great. I've been keeping a food diary for a while, but the ability to log my food and exercise here is great.

I started last week, so I'm still really motivated, even though I've a long weight loss journey ahead of me, but I'd imagine I'll need some support along the way for those 'bad' times!

Anyway, I hope I get the hang of it and can stick with things... fingers crossed!
