HI! I have a question on the 30 Day Shred. I have had this DVD for probably about 2 years and only done it 2 days, so I don't remember it that well. I do remember that she has it broken down into 3 sections - easy, medium, hard (for lack of better terms). SO, do most of you do ALL 3 or do you do 1 at at time, until you master it then move on?? I'm planning to start on Monday and was just kinda curious.
Thanks!!

Hi! I am on day 14 today and I did level 1 for 10 days and I'll do the same for level 2 & 3. If I get bored or it becomes too easy (I've done 30ds before) I will switch levels early!

I just started, but after reading alot of suggestions, Im going at my own pace(still pushing myself of course) I started on level one, I follow anita, she is the easy version, I found after about 6 days Im following Natalie, the harder version(very cool), Im still struggling with push ups, I stay on my knees still and im not worrying about it I will get there. Im going to do this for 10 days then level 2 and in 10 days if i have adjusted to level 2 I will start level 3 for 10 days. If I dont make it to level 3 within the 30 days I will go another 10.
I am not taking a break or many days off it is hard and I dont want any excuses to stop. I also do 20 mins of elliptical low impact cardio after.
Once im done I have an ab Blast DVD from Jillian that looks awesome, 30 days of that when im done the first 30 day shred.
Then after that I think I will either do it again or start the stacking, doing level 1 with an immediate follow up of level 2 for 15 days then level 2 immediately followed by level 3 for 15 days. Ive heard this gets amazing results.
good luck, if you want a buddy to help stay on track or to just chat about or progress and pains, please friend me.0
