Low Cal Snacks....

Ok, I'm CLOSE everyday to my calorie intake goal. But, if I don't work out, I go over. I'm having a hard time finding snacks that are under 100 calories or around that. Help!! Oh, and they have to be easy.... I'm at work around 10 hours a day, has to be something I can prepare/eat while working!

Can't wait to hear some ideas! :flowerforyou:

  • I quite like snack a jack rice cakes and a low fat cream cheese/cheese triangle
    also crab sticks,, However these are high sodium so thats worth noting..
  • ~ Apples. (55-80 calories.)
    ~ Celery and laughing cow cheese. (50 calories.)
    ~ Fiber 90 calorie brownies and granola bars. (90 calories.)
    ~ 2 Wasa crackers. (60 calories.)
    ~ Fruit popsicles. (80 calories.)
    ~ Flavored Ice. (0 calories.)
    ~ Chewing gum. (5 calories.)
    ~ 1 grahm cracker. (80 calories.)

    That's all I got for now. :)

    Special K Cracker Chips- 30 chips in 1 serving and they are awesome!
    Mini Babybel or laughing cow cheese 35-50 calories
    Flatbread crisps- 15 crackers for 110-130 calories
    baby carrots
    sugar snap peas
    unsweetened applesauce
    string cheese
    1 medium banana is around 100 calories

    On a side note, all of the Special K cracker products are very good and very low calorie counts for the serving sizes.

    Remind me, I have a recipe for the really good Oatmeal Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies that are 67 calories per cookie.
