    WOW!! you have done awesome... what exactly have you done to lose so much? I am new to MFP and i am really trying to stay motiviated and lose weight. I have had 3 kids in 5 years so i have gained a lot of weight. I want to lose at lese 75 pounds and i will be happy. IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME SOME POINTERS MEALS SNACKS ETC... it would be a lot of help.
