    Good luck to you on your journey. I am 5'7 and trying to lose 60-65 lbs by the end of the year. I want to take it slow and maintain the weight loss for long term effect. I am throwing an awesome vegas themed 50th birthday bash for my mom in january next year and I want to look red carpet ready.
