Not sure but I usually drink about 2 liters, not including what I drink during my workouts.
This has worked well for me since I started with MFP last year.0 -
It equals 236.59 ml :-)0

1 cup of water is about 230-ish mL.
I drink at least two Nalgene water bottles a day. The bottle marks up to 1litre and 32 oz.
1L = 33.8 oz
1 cup = 8 oz
1L = 4.225 cups
1L = 1000 mL0 -
Thanks,
Was reckoning on it being 250ml so 8 would be 2 litres.
Thats a lot.
Oh well, guess who's gonna be on the loo all night0 -
This 8 glasses a day of water has me using the restroom constantly. Kind of annoying really and I don't know what to do to make it not so bad.0

After a few days maybe a week your body gets use to it and you don't have to go to the bathroom as much. It's really annoying until then though. :-)0

on the oh so bright side; every trip to the bathroom is purging of the system...the cleansing is wonderful I guess...I'm a skeptic trying to convince myself...lol0
