Hi everyone!!
Just wanted to introduce myself!
Friend of mine turned me on to MFP. This is great!! I like seeing all that I have eaten during the day!! And once I’ve fully recovered from a recent car accident (bruised ribs nothing serious) I should really get into the exercising. We have a small gym/workout area here at work and I can go down during lunch, or in the evenings to do some cardio and strength training.

hi to you to i have to admit this is one of the best sites i have been on its great to add friends and see how they are getting on and to give them encouragement when they need it and try to give advice at other times we are all on here for the same reason thats to lose weight and to get healthy. Feel free to add me as a friend0
