If youo have fatty breasts, the size will decrease as you continue losing weight. There are no specific exercises you can do to target that area for fat loss.

If your breasts are more mammary tissue, your only option is going to be surgery.

I lost ~15lbs and ended up dropping two cup sizes (from 32G to 32E). I'm hoping a little more will come off as I build up my chest, arms and shoulders by weight lifting.

So happy to see this, i am at 32gg, I need to be remeasured, planning on going in a few days
I have lost all over, but because my boobs are big, it does not seem enough

If your breast are mostly glands you won't lose,

    Will update after remeasured

You CAN help your chest decrease...of course if your HUGE you will never be a A or B again. etc...but you can do: PUSH UPs, Bench press, etc...it will HELP!! I've lost over 4 inches on my chest in the last 6months! It is possible...will they look and be in the place they were when you 18, NO! But the more you work at it...you'll be surprised what a few inches will do!!!!!

This may be true, but there is a fine line between "awesome rack" and "aching back"

I've had both, and the latter is NOT fun.

Fantastic words. So true! If only I could get rid of mine - before MFP I was UK 38F, after a few weeks (including 11 days of 30DS) I'm a tenuous 36F. I guess any reduction is a step in the right direction, but why oh why can the cup size not change?! lol :)

Mine were not the "awesome" enhanced full DDDs of a porn star that most men think of when they think of an "awesome rack," they were more like 34 LONGs...down to my danged elbows and covered in stretch marks. A few more years and I would have had to be careful not to get them stuck in my waistband. So not awesome.

This is the thread I've been looking for! I just *seriously* started using this site and have lost 5 lbs in one week due to exercising regularly and FINALLY counting calories. Unfortunately, I didn't have a tape measure when I started on Monday but now that I have one, I will start tracking my boob progress as well. I'm a 42G (sigh).

I have started doing HIT (high intensity training) It works really well it defines your body and redistributes it/tones it. If I had a choice though I would rather have a little more boob though LOL I have toned what I have up and they are not as big :ohwell:

I'm hoping I do. Man-boobs are not attractive at all.

    I'm a dude, but I am a large "A-Cup" ... possibly a small "B-Cup"
I'm hoping losing about 25-35 pounds helps reduce my moobs

I'm definitely hoping a good weight loss will decrease my bra size, too. I'd love to go from a 36J (aching back) to a 34 DDD (awesome rack). :-)
