LCHF diet - am I doing this right?

I am a big fan of Atkins and have lost a great deal of weight on it and always feel better. I've read about the Low Carb High Fat diet and after doing some research, I'm very impressed. Especially regarding the improvement in alzheimers patients (I'm getting to that age). I was just making a protein drink for dinner and after mixing it I decided it probably didn't have enough fat so I added one tablespoon of walnut oil. Then I added sugar free benefiber. I am just not sure if I have overdone it with the fat part because I've never TRIED to raise my fat content before. Too late if I did it wrong because I've already drunk it and it was DELISH.

But for future reference this is what I had:

2 schoops of isoflex chocolate whey protein - 0 carbs
1 cup water/ice cubes
2 T peanut butter
1 T walnut oil
About 1/2 greek yogurt (non fat) (I had to use it up)
1 tsp benefiber.

Advice from keto diet afficionados?

It can be scary upping your fat. What you've done so far doesn't sound bad. It will take time learning to adjust your intake to find what feels right.

There are several low carb support groups in Groups. You might join one/more of them for more advice and support.
