    Hello! I'm 5'3 118lbs 16% body fat 35-25-35 I'm trying not to focus on weight so much since muscle is heavier than fat, but rather on body fat % and how my clothes feel =)

    I'm 5'3!
    When I first started doing measurements I was 187lbs. My highest weight ever was around 205.
    My measurements at 187 were
    Thigh 28.75
    Calf 16.625
    Hip 45.50
    Waist 33
    Bicep 14.25
    Bellybotton 46.625
    Neck 13.75

    I am now about 160lbs With measurements of..
    Thigh-26.5
    Calf-15.75
    Hip-41
    Waist-28
    Bicep-12.25
    Belly button- 39.25
    Neck-12.875
    Bust-36.12
    Underbust-31.5

    I'm 5ft4 and my current weight is 178:mad: :explode: :cry: that's only temporary and at this weight my measurements are
    chest 38
    tummy 36 at navel
    hips 43 or
    high waist at the coca-cola bottle curve 33

    There is no way I'm staying here!!!
  • I'm about 5'1, (had 12 babies)....weigh 135 lbs. My weight has fluctuated a lot over the yrs with all the pregnancies, but now that we are "finished" and I am getting older I am making an effort to be more committed to increasing my level of fitness and achieving/maintaining a healthy weight. I would love to lose 10 lbs, just to shrink down my stretched out belly and butt. My zumba dvd is coming in today - hopefully that will be just what I need to burn some fat and achieve my fitness goals. : )

  • I'm 5ft 0. Weigh 47 kg (think it's about 104 lbs). 20.7% body fat. Measurements: 33.5 - 23.8 - 39. Wouldn't mind putting on a few pounds if I could trade in some of the fat on my thighs and *kitten* for muscle though!

    This is my first day here. I am 5ft 3 and weigh 153lbs and want to be about 120lbs or a more toned 130lbs depending on how I look in a bikini

    5 ft 2.5 in, 109 lbs, 33.5 chest, 28 waist, 35 hips. In maintenance mode now, and oddly it sort of scares me, I preferred being in the loosing mode. Now concentrating on toning up.

  • OH I'm glad I found this thread! I'm 5'3 and about 135ish. I just did my measurements:
    Bust (around boobs): 36
    Under bust (bra-line): 32
    Waist: 27.5
    Hips: 36.5
    Thigh: 17.5

    I have a lot of muscle, and as you can see, there isn't much variance between my measurements...I'd love to lose a few inches all over before our honeymoon next month!

  • I'm 5"2 and I currently weigh 200lbs... got a lot to go but working hard at it! I was 14 stones 10lb when I started a couple of weeks ago and I'm at 14stone4lbs at the moment!     i am 5" 3' i am currently weighting 173.5 . but that is down from 210.5 . trying to get down to at least 150 not sure that is going to happen

  • I'm 5'3, and I started out at 148, and I am down to 143. My goal weight is 133, because that was my pre-preggo weight! If i hit that, id love to see 128 on a scale again!!
  • I am 5'3". As of last Wednesday, I am 107.4 lbs. 33-26-36. I am not focusing on the scale these day, but I want to get rid of my belly fat.

    We have almost the same measurements except that I weigh 54 kilos or about 120 lbs. I'm 1.57m or 5'2" & my body measurement is 34-26.5-35. My body fat is 21-22%. Currently I'm focusing on building muscle & lower my body fat percent to a lean 17%.
