Disabled and needing adequate/more intense workout ideas?

I have cerebral palsy on my right side and have lost almost 50 pounds total by doing the elliptical machine at the gym, biking and walking. However, I want to work on my abs and muscles as I have mostly belly fat. What workout videos can I buy that would accommodate my disability best but also help me burn and tone more? Or what machine would be good? Thanks!

I don't have an answer for you but wanted to reply to bump this up.
Have you tried a treadmill at all? Or water aerobics?0 -
It will really depend on your level of disability. Is it possible for you to work with a trainer? Even one or two sessions might get you going in the right direction at least! They will better be able to assess your level of ability and modify exercises or offer alternatives to meet your goals.
Congratulations on the weight loss so far!0
