More protein at breakfast

Options
I seem to be lacking when it comes to having protein in my diet. However during lunch and dinner i can get it in there some but i would like to be able to have it balanced across all meals. Any suggestions on how to get protein in my diet at breakfast?

By the way: I don't eat eggs. :( so that as an option is out completely.

Protein shakes, Old fashioned peanut butter (where the ingredients are only peanuts and salt), spinach... I honestly get the most protein from shakes and egg whites - I scramble them with some spinach - tasty and full of protein

thanks for the ideas you guys... turkey bacon (yum!) i do eat but i can't on a daily basis. as far as oatmeal is concerned as long as i can have the flavored kinds i can do it.. something about plain oatmeal makes me gag. i have mixed nuts as a snack i have yet to eat so i assume they would help too if i actually consumed them.
  • Oatmeal made with skim or 1% milk! About 13-15g of protien!
