Just like to tell all i am so pleased with my self i have lost 7 pound this week yippieeee:smile:

I have been on the diet for 3 weeks now and was struggling to eat all my calories but this last week i have done it and YES i have lost the wait, my husband thinks im a looney as i got on and off the scales about a hundred times to make sure it wasnt a mistake. I even got on the wii to double check and it said the same so i have got to keep up the work soooo pleased:drinker:
